Orders are shipping from Vilnius, Lithuania (EU) within 24 hours of purchase, except if specified otherwise. We ship your orders from Monday to Friday.Worldwide shipping to European countries/rest of the world:

Shipping in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: delivery is available via the selected parcel locker for €3 or by courier for €5. Free delivery applies to orders over €170.
Returns:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. If you want to return something, just email us at info@salanida.com. If 30 days have gone by since your items were received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the goods must be labeled, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as when you received them. Returns that are unlabelled, de-labelled, damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us if the package arrives to you damaged, please snap a few photos of it and send us an email with the documentation. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us right away at info@salanida.com.
Please note that depending on your order and country, on receipt of your order you will be liable to pay local import charges (customs duty, sales tax). Some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and customs clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
As soon the return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued automatically within 10 working days to your credit card or original method of payment less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
